Shark Alley's painted collection is inspired by antique wood and the sun-bleached colours of the Mediterranean.
As well as brand new designs, some existing pieces have been transformed, including this Meadow Hare brooch. The hare has been cut from cherry wood and engraved with an original hand-drawn design inspired by the English countryside. It is hand-painted using Farrow and Ball colours to give it a soft, muted feel, then finished with matt varnish.
the brooch comes beautifully packaged, making it a great gift. Each brooch is a one-off, so may vary slightly from the one shown but will be just as beautiful.
