Please contact Shark Alley via email explaining what your issue is, then you may return the item* in its original unused condition with packaging within 28 days. A full refund of the purchase price will be issued on receipt, or you may choose a different item if you prefer.
Please carefully note the following points:
• Goods will only be accepted if they are returned within 28 days of delivery, unless previous discussed.
• The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection it is recommended that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
*Returned items should be unused and unworn (if applicable) and must be **returned in original packaging.
**The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Return delivery charges are only refundable when the item is faulty.

If an item is faulty, you are of course entitled to a full refund. Please use the contact form to describe the issue you are having (add photographs if necessary) before returning the item.
