The cute, but slightly cross-looking, little owl is the inspiration for this brooch design. It is cut from FSC certified sustainable birch and painted entirely by hand. The back of the brooch is painted in a dark shade of olive green and both sides are finished with a satin varnish.
Like all Shark Alley designs, it is light and easy to wear. Its symmetrical design makes it great to style as a central feature, such as on the neck of a buttoned-up shirt. It measures 4cm x 4.5cm.
The brooch comes beautifully packaged with its own display card and also includes a little card featuring one of my photos of a little owl plus some fun little owl facts.
The packaging is recyclable.
